Mentorship (W.A.Y)
For Mentorship programs, we organize talks and seminars for teenagers. These young individuals are in a stage that can be tagged as JUVENILE, to avoid them being lost to the world or to help them integrate properly to the larger society, Adlai Heroes organizes and gets them together to hear from them, listen to them, guide and not judge them, attach mentors that would assist them get through the phase with ease and confidence.
A mentor goes a long way to guide them on the right path to take in life in order to be useful and upright members of the society.
